The Chesapeake Multihull Association (CMA) was founded in 1977. We promote and encourage the free exchange of multihull sailing ideas and interests on the Chesapeake Bay. Included in our fleet are racers and cruisers sailing a wide variety of trimarans and catamarans. Our membership includes experienced racers, full-time cruisers and first timers who are looking for ways to get involved.

The CMA is the official rating organization for the Multihull class in all Chesapeake Bay Yacht Racing Association (CBYRA) sanctioned races.
